Lydia Nemirovsky, MS, OTR/L
Lydia Nemirovsky, MS, OTR/L is the founder and principal consultant at Nemirovsky Healthcare Advisory. Her focus is on advising practitioners on business operations, strategic planning, Medicare regulations, and proactive problem solving. Lydia is a Medicare part B subject matter expert, particularly in the delivery of care in the clinic, telehealth, or mobile rehab space. She is also the CEO and founder of Specialty Pain Management Services (SPMS), an award-winning physical and occupational therapy practice that specializes in pain management. Lydia is a former adjunct professor at Towson University in Baltimore and sits on the Medical Advisory Board for the Columbia Association in Columbia, MD.
